1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Precision Concrete Materials LLC (“Precision,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit this website, request a quote, call dispatch, or interact with our online tools, including our AI chat assistant. It applies to this website only, not to information collected offline at a job site or through signed contracts and credit applications, which are governed by their own terms.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

  • Quote and contact forms — name, phone number, email address, project location, and any details you include about your pour.
  • Phone calls — information you share with dispatch when scheduling or asking questions.
  • AI chat assistant — anything you type into the chat, including contact details you choose to share (see Section 4).

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page, and timestamps, kept by our hosting infrastructure for security and troubleshooting.
  • Device information — screen size and browser capabilities used to render the site correctly.

2.3 Information from third parties

We do not buy contact lists or profiles. If you find us through Google, Yelp, or a referral, we receive only what you choose to give us.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to quote requests and schedule concrete deliveries.
  • To calculate yardage, confirm site access, and dispatch trucks.
  • To send you the confirmations and follow-ups you asked for.
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. AI Chat Assistant

4.1 How it works

Our website chat assistant is an automated AI system, not a live person. When you send a message, your message and the conversation context are transmitted to Anthropic, the AI provider that generates responses, via a secure connection from our server.

4.2 What it collects

The assistant records what you type. If you share your name and phone number to request a callback, that information is emailed to our team so a real person can follow up. Conversation transcripts may also be emailed to our website operator for quality review.

4.3 Limitations

The assistant can make mistakes. Yardage figures, prices, availability, or scheduling mentioned in chat are informational only and are not binding until confirmed by dispatch. For anything time-sensitive, call 916-449-2300.

4.4 Anthropic's data handling

Chat messages are processed by Anthropic under its own privacy practices. We do not use your chat conversations to train AI models.

5. Information Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and each receives only what it needs:

  • Our website hosting provider (server operations and security).
  • Our email delivery provider (sending quote notifications and confirmations).
  • Anthropic (processing AI chat conversations, Section 4).
  • Our website operator, YelloPost (site administration and lead monitoring).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We never sell or rent your personal information.

6. Third-Party Services

Links to third-party sites (for example, Facebook or Google Maps) are governed by those companies’ own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

7.1 What we store

  • Cookie notice acknowledgment — a browser localStorage flag remembering you dismissed our cookie notice.
  • Accessibility preferences — settings you choose in the accessibility widget (text size, contrast, and similar), stored in your browser so they persist between visits.

7.2 Analytics

If we enable analytics or advertising measurement in the future, this policy will be updated to describe it and any cookies it sets.

7.3 Managing storage

You can clear these settings anytime through your browser’s site-data controls. The site works with all of them cleared.

8. Data Retention

Quote requests and lead records are kept as long as needed to serve you and maintain business records, then deleted or archived. Server logs rotate on our host’s standard schedule. You may request deletion at any time (Section 10).

9. Data Security

Form submissions and chat messages travel over HTTPS encryption. Lead notifications are sent through authenticated email. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle — we do not collect payment card data through this website.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Wherever you live, you may contact us to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Opt out of follow-up communications.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] or call 916-449-2300. We will verify your identity using the contact details associated with your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

11. California Resident Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA:

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, and the purposes for which we use them (described in Sections 2–3: identifiers and contact details you provide; internet activity in server logs).
  • Right to delete personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and have not in the preceding 12 months.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.

12. Do Not Track Signals

This site does not track visitors across third-party websites, so it does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals — there is no cross-site tracking to disable.

13. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults arranging concrete supply. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

14. International Visitors

This site is operated from the United States and intended for customers in California. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the U.S. under U.S. law.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
