1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your interactions with Precision Concrete Materials LLC (“Precision,” “we,” “us”) through it. By using the site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you sign a separate contract, credit agreement, or purchase order with Precision, that signed document controls over anything on this page.

2. About Us

Precision Concrete Materials LLC is a volumetric ready-mix concrete supplier founded in 2005, located at 3501 1st Street, West Sacramento, CA 95691, serving the greater Sacramento region including Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, and Yolo counties. We batch concrete on site with CemenTech volumetric mixers and are an authorized CemenTech dealer for equipment sales and service.

3. Quotes, Estimates & the Concrete Calculator

3.1 The online calculator is an estimate

The concrete calculator on this site is a planning tool. It estimates cubic yards from the dimensions you enter and cannot account for subgrade conditions, waste, spillage, over-excavation, or irregular forms. Final quantities are determined at the job site.

3.2 Quotes

Prices discussed on this website, in chat, or by phone are estimates until confirmed by dispatch on your quote or order confirmation. Quotes are based on the information you provide; material prices, fuel, delivery distance, and site conditions can affect the final figure. Confirmed quotes are honored per their stated terms.

3.3 Service area

Delivery is available in the greater Sacramento region. Whether a specific address is serviceable, and any distance-related charges, are confirmed by dispatch when you order.

4. AI Chat Assistant

The website chat assistant is an automated AI tool provided for convenience. It can make mistakes, and nothing it says is a binding quote, reservation, or commitment — every order is confirmed by a human dispatcher. Do not rely on the chat for time-critical needs; call 916-449-2300 instead.

5. Orders, Scheduling & Site Access

5.1 What we need from you

  • Accurate pour dimensions, location, and timing.
  • Safe, legal truck access to the pour site, with adequate clearance and stable ground for the mixer.
  • Someone authorized on site at the scheduled time to direct placement and accept the load.
  • A suitable washout area for mixer cleanup, as required by local stormwater rules.
  • Any permits, HOA approvals, or utility markings your project requires. Precision supplies material; project permits and code compliance for the work itself are the customer’s (or their contractor’s) responsibility.

5.2 Weather and delays

Concrete is weather-sensitive. Rain, extreme heat or cold, or unsafe site conditions may require rescheduling; dispatch will work with you on timing. Delays caused by site conditions on arrival (blocked access, forms not ready) may incur standby or return charges as stated on your quote.

6. Delivery, Quantities & Acceptance

Volumetric mixing means concrete is batched fresh at your site and measured as poured — you are charged for the yardage actually discharged, per your quote. The mix design, slump, and any admixtures are as agreed at ordering. Inspect the material as it is placed: acceptance occurs at discharge, and concerns about the delivered material must be raised with the driver or dispatch at the time of delivery, when they can still be addressed.

7. Payment Terms

Payment methods, timing, and any deposits are as stated on your quote, invoice, or credit agreement. Unless your written terms say otherwise, payment is due as invoiced; overdue balances may accrue charges as permitted by California law. This website does not collect payment card information.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Plans change — call dispatch as early as possible at 916-449-2300.

Because trucks, material, and crew time are committed to your window, late cancellations or same-day changes may incur charges as stated on your quote or confirmed at booking.

9. Product Performance

Precision supplies concrete material. Unless expressly agreed in writing, placement, finishing, jointing, and curing are performed by you or your contractor, and the final result depends heavily on those steps plus subgrade preparation and weather. Cosmetic variation, minor shrinkage cracking, and color variation are inherent characteristics of concrete and are not defects. We stand behind our mixes meeting the specification agreed at ordering.

10. Warranty Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement or required by law, material is provided without further warranties, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by California law. Nothing in these terms limits warranties that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

11. California Mechanics Lien Rights

As a material supplier, Precision may serve a California preliminary notice (Civil Code §8000 et seq.) on projects where we furnish material. This is a routine, legally prescribed notice that preserves lien rights if bills go unpaid — it is not a lien itself and does not reflect on your account standing. Most customers never encounter this beyond the notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision’s total liability arising from a delivery is limited to the price paid for that delivery, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as project delays or lost profits). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Precision harmless from claims arising out of unsafe site conditions you control, inaccurate information you provide, or your (or your contractor’s) placement and finishing work.

14. Website Content

Site content — text, photos, the calculator, and branding — belongs to Precision or its licensors. You may use the site for personal or business purchasing purposes; scraping, republishing, or misrepresenting our content is prohibited. Content is provided “as is” and may contain errors; we may correct or update it at any time.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes arising from website use or orders placed through it will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Yolo County or Sacramento County, California, unless a signed agreement provides otherwise.

16. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
