Residential Concrete · El Dorado County
Most residential pours are small — a driveway, a patio, a shed slab — and that is exactly where volumetric mixing shines. A barrel truck charges you for a minimum load whether you need it or not; our CemenTech mixers batch on site and the meter stops when your forms are full.
Homeowners welcome. If you have never ordered concrete before, start with the calculator, then read Before You Order — it covers access, forms, and what to have ready when the truck arrives.
What Cool customers notice first is what's missing — no anxious countdown while a barrel truck fights traffic from a distant plant. The materials arrive dry, the mixing happens at your forms, and workability is exactly what it should be. Odd quantities are normal here — trench lines and curvy forms never take a round number. The meter runs while the pour runs, and the invoice matches the meter.

Cool is a El Dorado County community of roughly 4,100 residents, about 35 miles from our West Sacramento yard — typically 59–79 minutes for a mixer to reach, traffic willing.

You can order directly. Plenty of our residential customers are homeowners doing their own forms and finishing, or working with a finisher they hired. Dispatch will walk you through quantities and site access when you call.
Small loads are our specialty. Because concrete is batched on site, you pay for the yardage that actually goes in your forms — there is no short-load penalty structure like a barrel plant's minimum.
No minimum-truckload games — volumetric mixing means we batch on site and you pay for the yardage actually poured. Small Cool pours are welcome; see our short-load page.
Formed and staked forms, clear truck access, someone authorized on site, and a washout area. Our Before You Order guide walks through all of it.
Tell us what you're pouring and when. We'll bring the mix to your site and meter it by the yard — so every dollar you spend ends up in the forms.
